Breakwater Theatre Company will be presenting a scratch reading of the new Andy Evans play "Condition: Charlie" a play set in the world of humanitarian aid workers. Joining us will be three actors new to Breakwater. Connah Lilleyman plays Charlie, Katie Leonard plays Delta and Lee Waddingham plays Oscar.
The reading will be performed on Monday May 7th at Bishop Grosseteste in Lincoln as part oof a showcase being run by former Breakwater actor Daniel Stocks ("My Aim is True"). Dan is producing the showcase as an assessed part of his course at the college and Breakwater Theatre Company is happy to be joining Dan and friends that night.
It will be a staged reading of selected excerpts from the play with script in hand and will demonstrate the scratch method's application in developing a new script.
