We welcomed actress and puppeteer Felicity Donnelly to our last workshop of 2023 and I have to say that people had a great time as Fliss led them through object puppetry and the basics of bunraku puppetry.
Several newcomers joined Kazbah regulars to experience a free workshop given by the immensely talented Fliss, who has just finished touring in "There's a Tiger in the Garden". During the show, Fliss operated two fully constructed bunraku puppets designed and built by Hannah Barrie. It was the skills learned operating these puppets that Fliss shared, along with her experiences touring with In "The Night Garden" prior to that.
Though this workshop marks the last event for us as a company in 2023, it is hoped that we will continue to offer free training workshops next year too.
